Projects & Achievements
Our portfolio showcases an array of projects including building works, general development, pipelines, roads, and basements across regions like Mulund East, Chembur, and others. Among these, the most notable project was the groundbreaking development of the first club in the bustling desktop quarters at Chembur in 1999. This project stood out due to its complex challenges, including marshy land, proximity to a major highway, and stringent traffic and planning approvals, yet it was delivered successfully, on time, and without any legal disputes or claims.
Our Inspiration
The foundation of Jai Construction Company was inspired by a lineage of civil engineers in my family, particularly an uncle who was a diploma civil engineer. His guidance led me to pursue a civil engineering degree at VJTI in Mumbai(Bombay), graduating in 1982. This familial influence, combined with a passion for building and development, propelled me to establish my own firm in 1991 and venture into the world of construction and investment.
Our Focus
Today, Jai Construction Company continues to thrive in the construction sector while adapting to modern methodologies and transitioning towards mechanized systems. Beyond construction, our focus has expanded to include circumspect investments in the equity market and partnerships with private builders. We manage a portfolio of commercial properties leased to leading banks and retail distributors, ensuring a steady and secure income stream.
